Pro Dynamics Technology L.L.C. provides warranty as per the warranty issued from the manufacturer, If you have any confusion or concern regarding warranty of an item you can always contact our Sales Representatives in order to clarify your concerns regarding the same.

Return Policy

As we are not a manufacturer, we are unable to accept the returned item that you have ordered; unless you have received an incorrect or damaged product. If there is something wrong, please contact our customer service within 3 days of receipt of parcel. Overdue items will not be accepted. If items are damaged or incorrect, please contact us by email to sales@pdtuae.com within 3 days upon receiving your order. When you receive your order, you have up to 3 days to return your products. All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with original tags. They must be in the same condition as they were originally dispatched from Pro Dynamics Dubai. You must contact us by email to confirm which items are being returned. Once your email is received the incorrect or damaged, a return is approved for an exchange (subject to approval). Any free gifts associated with an item must be returned together.

How do I return an item?

If items are damaged or incorrect, please contact us by email to sales@pdtuae.com within 3 days upon receiving your order. When you receive your order, you have up to 3 days to return your products. All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with original tags. They must be in the same condition as they were originally dispatched from Pro Dynamics Dubai. You must contact us by email to confirm which items are being returned. Once you inform us about the return and we issue a Return ID Number, a return is approved for a refund or an exchange (both subject to approval). If an item is returned for a full refund at customer's request, we will charge a 20% restocking fee in addition to the return shipping cost (which will be on customer's end).

Any free gifts associated with an item must be returned together. Please return items to the address given at the time of return along with a note containing your Return ID number.

When will I get the refund after I returned goods?

After receiving your returned goods, we will issue a refund to your account within seven working days, if there are no further problems pertaining to the items received.
